About the event
The Legacy Youth Mentorship Program is an enriching initiative designed to support and empower young individuals in partnership with college students from North Carolina Central University. This comprehensive program includes goal setting, skill building, mental health resources, field trips, college tours, and more. Participation requires a commitment not just from the mentee, but also from parents, ensuring a supportive environment for growth. Mentees will be paired with dedicated mentors from NCCU, meeting weekly to foster meaningful relationships and learning.
Additionally, tutoring sessions will be provided, with our mentors and staff closely tracking each child's progress to help them reach their fullest potential. With a maximum capacity of 30 mentees, early registration is essential. Once registration is complete, you will receive all necessary information for the parent meeting.
